Alya OS exists because most businesses aren't held back by a lack of ambition — they're held back by disorganization. Client info in three places. Content decided at midnight. No system, just tabs. I built Alya OS because I lived that, and then built my way out of it.
I needed one for a project, and one spreadsheet turned into a full Notion system. That snowballed into building operating systems for other people's businesses — but the real education came earlier.
I've spent 10+ years in the events industry, working everything from merch tables to security to full-scale event management. In the middle of that, I stepped away for a while to study energy and sound healing, then found my way back into events with a different perspective. Alongside all of it, I was managing social media for multiple businesses, including my own.
The turning point was finance. After years of trying to make sense of my own numbers, I sat down for six months and taught myself Notion from the ground up — building a system with the actual formulas to track profit, margins, and cash flow the way my business really needed. Once it worked for me, I realized it could work for other people too. Alya OS grew out of that.
That's the difference in how I build: I'm not just a systems person who's read about running a business — I've run one. Priced it, tracked it, managed the people and the chaos. I build from both sides of the table, which means the system I hand you is built for how you'll actually use it, not just how it looks in a demo.
To give founders and growing teams the same operational backbone that companies build full-time ops departments around — without the overhead, and without a system so complicated you need a manual to use it.
No generic templates. Every system is designed around how your business actually runs, not how a template assumes it runs.
Every build ends with a walkthrough call and a Loom video, so you're never left staring at something you don't know how to use.
Systems, agents, and content plans that scale — from a first Notion workspace to a full multi-agent operation.
Free 20-minute call to understand your workflow, pain points, and what "organized" would actually look like for you.
A clear tier or custom quote, so you know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before we start.
